Who these terms apply to
These terms cover anyone who books a session, attends a session, or becomes a client of Coach Nikki — operated by Nikki Rubino, sole trader, ABN registered, based at Unit 3 / 60 Perry Street, Matraville NSW 2036. By booking a session, you're agreeing to these terms.
Sessions and intro pack
Every new client begins with the three-session intro pack ($399 upfront or $450 across three weeks). This is non-negotiable — it's how I make sure I can coach you safely. After the third session you can choose to continue as 1:1, join the semi-private sessions, or step away. No pressure either way.
1:1 and group sessions run for the published time on the timetable. Late arrivals don't extend the session — please be on time. If you're running late, message me so I know to expect you.
Booking and payment
All bookings go through Acuity Scheduling. The intro pack is paid via Square payment link when you book. Ongoing weekly memberships run on direct debit through Square.
Prices are in Australian dollars, GST included. The current price list is published at /pricing. I'll always let active clients know directly before any price change takes effect, with at least two weeks notice.
Cancellations and pauses
The full policy lives on the pricing page. In short:
- 1:1 sessions: 48 hours notice for full credit. 24 to 48 hours, half session lost. Less than 24 hours, full session lost.
- Weekly memberships: 7 days notice to pause your week. Less than that, the week is lost. Pause as often as life needs.
- Group sessions when you're on a weekly: No fee for cancelling, just message me so I can offer your spot to the waitlist.
Life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, talk to me — I'd rather solve it together than apply the policy rigidly.
Health, safety and your responsibility
Exercise carries inherent risk, especially strength training and movement work. I take that seriously. I assess you, scale to your ability, and watch you train. But you're an adult with your own body, and you know things about it I don't.
By training with me, you agree that:
- You'll tell me, honestly, about injuries, conditions, medications and anything else relevant — both before we start and as things change
- You'll tell me if something hurts during a session, not later
- You'll get medical clearance from your GP or specialist if you're at all unsure whether you should be training
- You accept that there's always some risk in moving your body, and that I'm doing my reasonable best to keep that risk low
To the extent permitted by Australian law, you participate in sessions at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
Studio conduct
The studio is small and the crew is mixed. Everyone deserves to feel welcome. I expect:
- Respect for other clients, regardless of age, body, ability or background
- No judgement of other people's lifts, weights, or skill level
- Clean equipment and put it back where you found it
- No phones on the training floor unless we agree
If someone's behaviour makes the room feel unsafe or unkind, I'll address it directly. Repeated issues, or anything serious, can end the coaching relationship without a refund of unused sessions.
Photos and content
From time to time I take photos or videos in the studio for use on the website, Instagram, or in my own teaching content. I always ask before pointing the camera at anyone, and I'll never publish your image without explicit consent. If you'd rather not be in any media, just tell me — I'll respect it always.
Your information
How I handle your personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
Stopping training
You can stop training with me at any time. Cancel any active direct debit by giving 7 days notice (per the weekly cancellation policy above). I'll delete or return any of your information you ask me to, except records I'm legally required to keep (mainly payment records for tax purposes).
Changes to these terms
If I change these terms in a way that materially affects active clients, I'll let you know directly with at least two weeks notice before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will always be accurate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us will be dealt with by the courts of NSW.
