Three sessions, then you're in
Every new client begins with three private sessions. I'll assess where you are, build your foundations, and then welcome you into the Classics Squad or simply stay with 1:1 sessions if preferred.
Joint assessment
We map how your body actually moves. Joint range, baseline movements, history. Gentle, methodical.
Strength foundations
Squat. Deadlift. Push. Pull. The lifts that build the strength to do everyday life well.
Animal Flow foundations
Beast, crab, limb lifts, underswitch. An introduction to ground-based training that unlocks strength, range, resilience and confidence.
Ready to start? Intro is $399 upfront, or $450 over three weeks.
After your three sessions you choose: continue 1:1, or join semi-private sessions.

Honest answers
What if I've never lifted weights before?
Perfect. The three session intro exists for exactly this. Most of my Sassy crew hadn’t touched a barbell before they walked in. I’ll teach you, slowly, with no judgement.
What if I have a knee, back, or hip issue?
Tell me in your intake and I’ll work around it. I’ve spent ten years coaching bodies with histories. Every movement scales, and I’ll find a version that works for you.
What if I miss a week?
Weekly memberships can be paused with 7 days notice. Programs run in 8-12 week cycles, you’ll be ok I promise.
How fit do I need to be to start?
You need to be able to get yourself to the studio and back. Everything else, I’ll build with you from where you are today.
Will I have to do Animal Flow?
The third intro session introduces you to it gently because it builds joint resilience that protects you long term. But the Classics sessions themselves are strength led with a sprinkle of ground based movements. Animal Flow has its own separate sessions if you want to go further.
How do I pay?
Pay for your intro via Square link when you book. After that, weekly memberships run on direct debit through Square.
