If gyms have ever felt loud, lost, or just not built for you, I invite you to the alternative. Real coaching and a community that actually notices when you show up. (and feel it when you don't). This is where movement gets to feel good again. Sessions are small on purpose, capped at 4 to 10 people, because you're not a number in our sessions; you're a person with a history, a body, and goals worth coaching properly. Whether you're rebuilding after an injury, stepping back into exercise after a long break, or just over the idea that fitness has to feel intimidating, there's a place for you here. No judgment. No keeping up with someone half your age. Just real coaching, real progress, and a group of humans who get it too. Sessions available are 1:1 and semi-private. Semi-Private memberships include Strength, Strength-classics (over 55s), Animal Flow, and Mobility.

Choose from either 1:1 or Semi-private sessions. Choose a 1, 2, or 3+ sessions-a-week membership. Minimum 6-week commitment.

Strength + flow for the 55+ crew. Still deadlifting, balancing, learning new tricks. Capped at 4 to 6 people.
Semi-private strength training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight. Capped at 6.
Foundations of Quadrupedal Movement Training. Beginner friendly, deep technique work. Capped at 8.
All levels. We break down the flow into sequences and drill it together. Brain and body fun, creative movement. Ideally, you have an understanding of the AF language or have experienced the skills sessions. Capped at 8.
Down-regulation work. Joint range. Recovery. Larger capacity, calmer vibe. Capped at 10.
Weekly unlimited covers 3 to 4 sessions per week across any combination of the semi-private offerings above.
Same arc whether you end up in 1:1, semi-private, or Animal Flow. Each session is 60 minutes, paced for the body in front of me.
We map how your body actually moves. Joint range, baseline movements, history. Gentle, methodical.
Squat. Deadlift. Push. Pull. The lifts that build the strength to do everyday life well.
Beast, crab, limb lifts, underswitch. An introduction to ground-based training that unlocks strength, range, resilience and confidence.
After your three sessions you choose: continue 1:1, or join semi-private sessions.
Perfect. The three session intro exists for exactly this. Most of my Sassy crew hadn’t touched a barbell before they walked in. I’ll teach you, slowly, with no judgement.

Weekly memberships can be paused with 7 days notice. Programs run in 8-12 week cycles, you’ll be ok I promise.
You need to be able to get yourself to the studio and back. Everything else, I’ll build with you from where you are today.
The third intro session introduces you to it gently because it builds joint resilience that protects you long term. But the Classics sessions themselves are strength led with a sprinkle of ground based movements. Animal Flow has its own separate sessions if you want to go further.
