Pricing questions
What does weekly unlimited actually include?
3 or more sessions across the week, in any combination — Sassy Classics, Animal Flow Skills, Build a Flow, Breath & Mobility, semi-private strength. Pick what fits your week. I’ll help you build a rhythm that sticks.
Why is the intro $399 or $450?
$399 if you pay upfront, $450 if you’d rather split it across the three weeks. Same three private sessions either way — joint assessment, strength foundations, movement foundations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Square for everything. Your intro goes through a Square payment link when you book. Ongoing weekly memberships run on direct debit through Square. Cards welcome, Cash on request.
What if I need to cancel a 1:1 session?
48 hours notice or more, full credit. 24 to 48 hours, half the session value is lost. Less than 24 hours, the full session is lost. Life happens — just talk to me.
Can I pause my weekly membership?
Yes. Seven days notice to pause your week. Without that notice, the week is lost. Pause as often as you need — travel, illness, life.
What about cancelling a group session?
Group sessions are covered by your weekly membership, so there’s no fee — just message me so I know. If booked, you’ll need to remove it so your slot is available to another person.
