Welcome to QMT! Quadrupedal Movement Training.
Simply put, it’s a ground-based bodyweight system. But the “Animal” in Animal Flow is NOT about just mimicking animals - it’s about YOU. Your whole vessel. The connection between your brain, body and central nervous system and how they all talk to each other.
Here’s a thought: how many times have you been injured doing something while thinking about something else? Read that again.
Animal Flow brings you back into your body, building real connection, control and joint range across all planes of motion. It exposes your limits, then quietly helps fix them.
No equipment. No mirrors. Just you, the floor, your breath and the music.

All levels. We break down the flow into sequences and drill it together. Brain and body fun, creative movement. Ideally, you have an understanding of the AF language or have experienced the skills sessions. Capped at 8.
Even if Animal Flow is the only thing you want to do, the three-session intro gets you ready for the floor and gives me a road map of how to help. Session three is where I introduce you to the foundational shapes in full.
We map how your body actually moves. Joint range, baseline movements, history. Gentle, methodical.
Squat. Deadlift. Push. Pull. The lifts that build the strength to do everyday life well.
Beast, crab, limb lifts, underswitch. An introduction to ground-based training that unlocks strength, range, resilience and confidence.
After your three sessions you choose: continue 1:1, or join semi-private sessions.

The third intro session introduces you to it gently because it builds joint resilience that protects you long term. But the Classics sessions themselves are strength led with a sprinkle of ground based movements. Animal Flow has its own separate sessions if you want to go further.
