Every new client starts here. We figure out where your body is today, build the foundations you need, and pick the right path forward together. By session three, you'll know exactly where you fit.
Three sessions, then you choose
Same arc whether you end up in 1:1, semi-private, or Animal Flow. Each session is 60 minutes, paced for the body in front of me.
Joint assessment
We map how your body actually moves. Joint range, baseline movements, history. Gentle, methodical.
Strength foundations
Squat. Deadlift. Push. Pull. The lifts that build the strength to do everyday life well.
Animal Flow foundations
Beast, crab, limb lifts, underswitch. An introduction to ground-based training that unlocks strength, range, resilience and confidence.
Ready to start? Intro is $399 upfront, or $450 over three weeks.
After your three sessions you choose: continue 1:1, or join semi-private sessions.
A few practical things
Unit 3 / 60 Perry St. Off-street parking. Quiet space, no mirrors.
One session per week, usually. Faster if you need it, slower if life gets in the way.
Anything you can move in. Water, a towel. We provide the rest.
Some clients chat, some prefer to work quiet. You get to choose. Have a preferred way to learn? Tell me, I understand that some people like the words, some just need the demo, some prefer that tactile feedback. I can be as simple or as sciencey as you want.
